 How do I order a
design?
Go to the Graphic Services
page and choose the package you require. Once your
payment is submitted, you’ll be directed to an online
form where you add your contact information and as many
details as you can about your project to help me clearly
understand what you're want.
Submit the form once you've filled out the essential
informtion, and you'll receive your custom design within
48-72 hours (or less). If you have an existing logo or
graphic that you want worked into the project, then
e-mail it to me along with any specific instructions on
how you want it used in the design.
How do I pay
you?
I currently accept Paypal only (which you can use
even if you don't have an account) however, if you
prefer another payment method and I can setup for you to
pay by 2CheckOut. Payment is in U.S. dollars even though
I'm in Canada because vitually all the business I do
online is in U.S. dollars.
How soon will I get my
order?
You should get my first draft, depending on which
package you order, within 48-72 hours (or
less). This applies to Package 1 - 2 & 3.
The Full Package will usually
be delivered in the same time frame, but may take
longer depending on my workload.
What if I don’t like my
design?
You'll have two chances to make revisions to my
drafts of your project. If you're not satisfied at this
point with my work and there doesn't seem to be anyway I
can accomplish what you need, I'll buy back the project
from you and issue a full refund. So don't worry, if I
can't meet your requirements for any reason, the time
spent won't cost you anything
What size and format will
my e-cover be?
eCovers will be
delivered in four sizes — Large, medium, small and tiny.
Headers will depend on the size you require for your web
page.
How will I receive my
final e-cover?
I'll send it to
you as a zipped file as an attachment, or I can
provide you with a link from my website where you can
download the cover if you prefer.
